ANGUS BEEF

Our next Angus beef orders will be ready June 14 & 16. Deposits are due by Saturday, June 2. Your deposit will hold your beef until available at that time. If you have any questions on how to order please let us know. We are more than happy to guide you through the process. You can find our contact information HERE.

(In addition to bulk orders, we also offer beef in separate cuts. For more information, including pricing, please visit our separate cuts page HERE.)

PLEASE READ: Important Ordering Information:

  1. All deposits are non-refundable. This is a DEPOSIT to hold your meat. It is NOT your order total.
  2. Our prices are based on the hanging weight of the cow which is the weight of the meat before packaging. The hanging weight of a whole Angus cow can range from 600 lbs to 750 lbs.
  3. When you place your deposit you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail (please use a current e-mail address). Once the meat is at the butcher for processing we will know the exact hanging weight of your order. At that time we will contact you by e-mail with the BALANCE DUE and details for pick-up from our farm in West Jordan, Utah.
  4. We schedule pick-up for Thursday afternoons & Saturday mornings. If your meat is not picked up by Saturday, we charge a $20 fee per day to store it for you.
  5. When the meat is packaged it is wrapped in plastic and then butcher paper. Each cut is clearly labeled. Vacuum packaging is available through Custom Processing.
  6. We butcher on a monthly basis.

Our Angus cattle are able to roam and graze on thousands of acres of open range in Fountain Green, Utah. They feast on fresh, green pasture with a supplement of homegrown alfalfa hay in the winter months. Our cows are grass fed from start to finish. They are treated humanely and never receive any antibiotics or hormones. We have chosen to offer Angus beef due to customer requests. Benefits of purchasing beef from a Angus cow include:

  • The beef has more marbling resulting in a juicier steak or roast.
  • The ground beef will have a higher fat content, which allows it to be made into hamburger patties much easier.
  • It is a familiar beef to most consumers.
  • It provides larger size cuts of steak.
