EDUCATION

Books can be dangerous. The best ones should be labeled "This could change your life."

Helen Exley

Would you like to learn more about the benefits of purchasing local, pasture raised meat and fresh foods? Select a book or movie from the list below and get going! Reading and learning about our food will help us all make better choices. It will spark discussions. It will enable us to help others become aware of the issues surrounding our food today.

Our hope is to make it easier to get this information to more people. With that in mind we started a small library here at our farm. The items listed are available for customers to check out anytime at no charge. We just ask that you return them when finished so others may use them as well.

For farm hours and location, please visit our seperate cuts page.
