This order includes 35 pounds of finished, packaged grass only lamb at $10.80/pound.

Our lamb is cut and wrapped right here in our on-farm butcher shop. Below is an estimate of the cuts included - actual number may vary based on the individual carcass:

  • Chops

  • Shoulder Steaks

  • Roast

  • Leg

  • Riblets

  • Stew Meat

  • Ground

Chops & steaks are cut about one inch thick with two per package. Roasts are 3 to 5 pounds. Ground in approximately one pound packages.

The meat will be frozen, wrapped in plastic & butcher paper, and boxed for your convenience. One box is included and will contain about 35 pounds of lamb.
