Join us for a class on making delicious, nutritious cultured recipes while learning the basics of dairy fermentation. We’ll start with cultured crème fraîche and turn it into the dreamiest “dream” cheese to use in your favorite cream cheese-style recipes.

Learn how to clabber milk and explore ways to use it in the kitchen. And for those who’ve wanted to try kefir but haven’t quite mastered it yet, we’ll share simple tips for making this healthy, effervescent drink which has up to three times the probiotics of yogurt.

You’ll get to sample along the way and take home fun recipes to try yourself.
