Bulk shares of our grass-only Angus beef. Price is $9.90/pound for the finished, packaged weight. The meat will be frozen, wrapped, and boxed for your convenience.

Utah County - Tues. March 24
(Minimum order total of $500 required for delivery)
Eighth Share | 70 pounds of beef - 2 boxes. Total $693
Quarter Share | 140 pounds of beef - 4 boxes. Total $1,386
Half Share | 280 pounds of beef - 8 boxes. Total $2,772
Whole Share | 560 pounds of beef - 16 boxes. Total $5,540
**Organs and marrow bones can be included with half and whole orders only. Please email us after you have placed your deposit if you would like any of those added to your beef share. (Ground heart, liver, kidney, oxtail, tongue, bones.)
This order includes finished, packaged beef at $9.90/pound.
Our grass only Angus beef is dry aged, hand-cut, and wrapped in our on-farm butcher shop. The meat is watched carefully as it ages to ensure optimal flavor and tenderness.
Below is an estimate of the cuts included with an eighth share. For a quarter share, multiply these numbers by two. For a half, by four. For a whole, by eight. (Actual number may vary based on the individual carcass):
Rib Steak (2 pkgs)

Tenderloin Steak (may or may not get 1 pkg in 1/8th share)

Steaks are cut one inch thick with two per package. Roasts are 3 to 5 pounds. Ground beef in approximately one pound packages.
The meat will be frozen, wrapped in plastic & butcher paper, and boxed for your convenience. Each box will contain about 35 pounds of beef.
