Bulk share of our grass only lamb. Price is $10.80/pound for the finished, packaged weight. The meat will be frozen, wrapped, and boxed for your convenience.

Our lamb is cut and wrapped right here in our on-farm butcher shop. Below is an estimate of the cuts included - actual number may vary based on the individual carcass:

Ground
Chops & steaks are cut about one inch thick with two per package. Roasts are 3 to 5 pounds. Ground in approximately one pound packages.
The meat will be frozen, wrapped in plastic & butcher paper, and boxed for your convenience. One box is included and will contain about 35 pounds of lamb.
