WILD-CAUGHT ALASKAN SALMON & HALIBUT
We partner with Kwee-Jack Fish Company who participates in the salmon run each July in Bristol Bay, Alaska. The salmon is flash frozen and then shipped here to our farm. Plus, it's sushi-grade so it's perfect for your favorite homemade roll. You won't find better salmon! It's fresh, delicious and has amazing health benefits.
Wild Alaskan Halibut from Kwee-Jack is also available to purchase. These portioned filets are dock-direct from Kodiak fishermen and flash frozen to ensure freshness. It’s sushi-grade and has wonderful flavor.
