Deposit for a share of our corn & soy free grass-fed pork. Price is for the finished, packaged weight - $5.80/pound for fresh pork, $6.30/pound for cured pork. Pick up only during our farm hours on June 13 & 15, 2024. The balance of your order is due at that time.

This order includes finished, packaged pork at $6.30/pound for cured and $5.80/pound for fresh (uncured).

Our pork is cut and wrapped right here in our on-farm butcher shop, as well as all curing, smoking, and seasoning.

Below is an estimate of the cuts included with a half share. For a whole share, multiply these numbers by two. (Actual number may vary based on the individual carcass):

Chops are cut one inch thick with two per package. Ham slices two per package. Roasts and hams are 3 to 5 pounds. Ground pork & sausage in approximately one pound packages.

Meat is cured without the use of sodium nitrate. Our natural cure ingredients include water, sea salt, turbinado sugar, liquid smoke, celery juice powder.

Our sausage does not contain any BHA, BHT, or MSG.

The meat will be frozen, wrapped in plastic & butcher paper, and boxed for your convenience. Each box will contain about 35 pounds of pork.
